ABOUT JAAKS
The new degustation menu at JAAKS is the next stop on our culinary travels. We would love to take you on a journey to the islands, the mountains and the wine regions of Greece. Together we will try to understand the status of Greek/Cypriot cuisine in the world of cooking and find out what influences, techniques and flavours it can offer to the fine dining art. Always evolving but with a constant gaze at history, Jaaks’ menu has a very specific point of departure, an intention and finally a destination behind every dish. Let us get there together.
